katarina's Go to smoothie

 Today we made delicious  smoothies filled with antioxidants,Fiber,Magnesium,Vitamins and carbs.

We had all sorts of healthy ingredients such as bananas,berries,milk,yogurt,chia seeds and many more.
        My smoothie poster had these ingredients:

                        1 whole banana
                    2 cups of mixed berries   strawberries,raspberries,blackberries,cherries and blue berries.
                            1/4 cup of  honey                                                     2 cups of milk
                     low fat milk,soy milk,or almond milk 
                    Two handfuls of baby spinach
                     1 cup of Greek yogurt

                  The health benefit's
banana's are healthy for our body if we have muscle cramps.
Berries are packed with antioxidants which help our brain as we age.
Milk is health for our bones because it is packed with calcium,a mineral that helps our bones stay strong!
Spinach is good source of vitamins A,B2,C and K
Greek yogurt has less sugar,more cabs and a great taste
Honey is to replace the sugar
